Terms of Service
Last updated October 6, 2026
These terms apply to your use of TikiType at tikitype.com. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country).
- Keep your login details safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- Usernames must not impersonate others or be offensive. We may rename or remove ones that are.
Fair play
Don't use bots, macros, scripts, paste tools or anything else that types for you, and don't exploit bugs or manipulate Elo. We may void results, reset ratings, or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Ranked and opponents
To keep matches available at any time, ranked opponents may be live players, recorded runs from real players, or computer-controlled opponents. Ratings, ranks and leaderboards may be adjusted to fix errors or cheating.
Behaviour
Be decent to other players. No harassment, hate, spam, or attempts to break or overload the service.
Our content
TikiType's name, Tiki mascot, design and code belong to us. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Google API compliance
TikiType uses Google APIs only for the authorized functionality they support — creating and authenticating your account through Google Sign-In. We access Google user data (your name, email address and profile photo, where provided) only for that purpose, and never for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated functionality. We comply with the Google API Services: User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, and we do not use Google APIs or Google user data to generate, host, or distribute AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (AI NCII), or for any prohibited use.
Availability
TikiType is provided "as is". We work to keep it running but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove features.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, TikiType is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost progress, ratings or data.
Ending your account
You can stop using TikiType and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
